Minimum Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics, Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years experience in the area of policies, procedures design and development.
Experience in analyzing workflow with methods and procedures in action.
Willing to travel.
Willing to be assigned at San Pedro, Laguna.

Job Functions: Determine and analyze the existing workflow through observing the methods and procedures in action, consulting other staff and studying the data and work studies.
Conduct studies of organizational structures, methods, systems, and procedures and perform analysis of methods and statistical calculations necessary to conduct studies.
Review work studies conducted by other departments and suggest areas of pertinent data.
Provide assistance to process owners by providing technical help in the formulation and drafting of policies and procedures to ensure alignment with other aspects of the business, organization direction, and compliance with standard rules in policy-writing.
Collect and analyze background material on technical developments; apply mathematical formulas, operations research, and other statistical techniques to the study.
Study existing methods and workflow; suggest changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness using flow charts, process narratives, and other statistical techniques.
Record and analyze organizations' workflow charts, records, reports, and manuals.
Perform high-quality fieldwork of assigned projects in accordance with approved program and allotted time budget.
Discuss current systems, deficiencies, and recommended corrective actions with Senior Management.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
Formulate and document necessary guidelines needed to improve systems and processes.
