By providing our customers 360-degree advice through our network of advisors, we optimise each individual's risk coverage through innovative prevention, assistance and insurance products.As one of our Business Intelligence Developer / Analyst (f/m/d), you will be responsible for data accuracy and integrity, working closely with your colleagues and stakeholders proactively improving certain aspects such as performance issues and data consumption.In this role you will: Design, develop, test & deploy advanced BI, reporting and analytics solutions throughout the organization.Support various business stakeholders by enabling Data-Driven Decision-Making processes.Be responsible for data accuracy and integrity, automate testing and data validation procedures.Proactively identify gaps in data consumption, suggest and initiate enhancements to bridge these gaps.Proactively identify performance issues, suggest and implement optimization solutions.Mentor and nurture business power-users, as part of data democratization and self-service analytics initiatives.Create documentation and training materials, support and train end-users.Your skills: 2+ years of experience as a BI Developer / Analyst.Excellent hands-on SQL skills.High proficiency with visualisation/dashboarding solutions, like Power BI (an advantage), Tableau, etc.Proven track record in marketing/financial analytics - a big advantage.Proven track record in data modelling and systems analysis - a big advantage.Experience with ETL tools and processes - an advantage.Experience with programming languages (Python, R, etc.)
