Equipo Impacto Systems Administrator Trainee Role Purpose: Support the reliable and effective use of IT systems by end-users, whether internal employees or external clients. Activities range from identity and access management to providing dedicated technical support to individual users.
Key Responsibilities: Installation and maintenance of computer and office equipment.Help ensure the operational functionality of the company's network.Provide data backup services (and data recovery if necessary).Inventory management, warehouse management, and analysis of equipment characteristics for acquisition planning.Address employee requests for maintenance, deployment of workstations, and ensure the operation of office equipment.Configuration and support of office information systems.Collaborate with other IT departments in configuring or deploying systems.Knowledge and Skills: Hands-on technical work.Excellent time management and ability to multitask and prioritize.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Organizational and planning abilities.Creative mindset with the ability to suggest improvements.Competent verbal and written communication skills.Sociability, emotional balance, benevolence, and willingness to help others.Ability to work with and influence people at all levels of the organization.Capability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Advanced English.Knowledge of common software (MS Office and Office 365, accounting software, and other programs).Understanding of network protocols and computer network construction principles.Knowledge of PC hardware and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and Windows Server.Desired Experience: No previous work experience required.Experience in installing and configuring MS Windows operating systems at an administrative level.Experience in installing and maintaining server software.Hands-on experience in a support IT environment.Exposure to network management, software deployment, and technical support tasks.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Continuous learning and development of technical skills.Additional Information: Option to work from home two days a week.Kitchen with free coffee and fruit on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, plus snacks.Team-building activities and work in an international and passionate environment.
