AVL Iberica offers a job in Spain (ES) as
System Validation Engineer As a System Validation Engineer, you will execute a comprehensive validation plan to ensure that all vehicle systems meet the customer's specifications. Additionally, you will support production and end-of-line teams to keep prototypes and customer vehicles fully operational.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Certify through specific validation procedures that vehicle systems behave accordingly to specification.
Validate new software variations for vehicles.
Read & clear fault memories, reflash, record, reproduce failure cases, and analyze the control data from the vehicle.
Assess and report problems found and follow up on the solution (software, calibration, HW).
Provide fast response assistance to the factory, helping to solve issues in pre-production vehicles.
YOUR PROFILE:
Education: Engineering Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
Master Degree (optional, preferred).
Proven understanding of automotive technology, vehicle architectures, communication protocols, and electric vehicle components.
Knowledge of infotainment, ADAS/AD, body & comfort, or charging systems is a plus.
1+ years of experience in the automotive field working on related topics.
Experience with Matlab Simulink, dSpace, Vector, or ETAS engineering tools.
Very good Spanish & English level required (written/spoken).
German highly desirable.
Driving license B is a must.
Autonomous, organized, with good communication skills.
Flexible and motivated, able to handle some workload variation and demanding customers.
