Key Responsibilities: As the System Security Manager, your role will encompass both strategic oversight and hands-on execution. You will: Develop & Implement Security Strategies: Design, implement, and continuously refine Zephyrus Engineering's system security policies, procedures, and infrastructure to safeguard our digital assets. Risk Assessment & Management: Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security threats proactively. Security Protocols & Incident Response: Establish and maintain incident response plans, lead incident investigations, and perform forensic analysis to ensure prompt and efficient threat resolution. Security Training & Awareness: Collaborate with IT and HR to create comprehensive security awareness programs that empower employees at all levels to uphold secure practices.
