? WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ?
3+ years of experience in IT Support Level 2 with a strong focus on troubleshooting and system management.
Solid understanding of GxP processes (Good Practice guidelines in regulated industries such as pharma).
Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages, with the ability to script and automate tasks.
Experience working in the health or pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work closely with Project Managers to meet deadlines and manage tasks effectively.
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (e.g., Spanish or Catalan) are a plus.
Location: Spain.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
Provide Level 2 IT support to ensure system reliability, focusing on troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring the smooth operation of systems.
Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure efficient execution of technical projects, providing support and managing timelines.
Maintain and improve the reliability of critical systems, ensuring compliance with GxP (Good Practice) standards, particularly in the health and pharmaceutical sectors.
Develop and maintain scripts using Java and Python to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
