We are looking for a System Lead Support to provide services to one of our clients, a multinational pharmaceutical company. TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES As a member of the Global Application Experience, Global IT team, the candidate will provide technical leadership for on-premise and cloud applications. This includes: Support user communities in Asian or EU zone for application systems. Perform system lead tasks including application administration and system lifecycle documentation. Provide technical leadership in application roadmap by close coordination with system owners. Participate in build, upgrade and/or migration projects. Keep systems up-to-date by leading and executing technical upgrades, applying patches, and bug-fixes including security vulnerabilities. Perform security management tasks such as user account reviews, technical account reviews, and vulnerability assessments. Follow SOP and conduct activities in a highly regulated and compliant environment. Analyze business needs, prioritize tasks, develop solutions, and conduct data processes to improve the operations of IT systems. What will make you successful in this role? 2-5 years of experience as application and/or system support (System Engineer) or 6+ years of experience as application owner and/or system administrator. System Administration (Windows, Unix, Linux). Cloud administration (Azure, AWS). Database administration. Information protection and security. Networking.
