Manage the revenue, operation, and sales gross profit of the responsible region, properly manage project delivery costs, and ensure project profitability. Develop the overall delivery strategy, take responsibility for the overall project delivery quality and customer satisfaction, and build the influence of training through delivery. Identify high-precision high-value projects, and improve LS reputation and influence of training through planning, high-quality delivery, and reporting. Identify top high-value customers, set high-value operation objectives, and formulate overall strategy for high-value operation. Plan specific high-value activities, generate in-depth recognition of the training value from governments, ecosystem partners, carriers, and internal customers, and help businesses improve and form a training brand.
