The position will be based in Zaragoza area, home office based (other locations in Spain might be considered).In this position, you can expect to provide customer service, such as maintenance, troubleshooting and on call services, and to participate in projects implementations related to Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
You can also expect to continuously visit the customer facilities around Spain and occasional international travelling for training purposes.Your activities, in detail* Customer Follow-up: Provide maintenance & troubleshooting of automation equipment to the assigned customers for identifying potential technical requirements, upgrades and training needs, quality assurance guidelines, status of installed equipment and proposal of corrective actions, follow up delivery process, spare parts and warranties in order to ensure a permanent customer satisfaction and support.
Assist the Service Manager to follow-up customer's satisfaction inquiries and offering updated reports.
The assistance will be performed at the customer facilities, including on call services.
* OT System and Network Service: Provide support and counselling both for customer and internally for the design, maintenance and troubleshooting of System and Network for Operational Technology (OT) systems.
* Databases and Information Management Service: Participate in the design and service for customer's Information systems and reporting tools.
* Sales support: Assist the Service Manager in sales phase for quotation of services and equipment.
Follow the delivery process and give sales assistance for solutions to the customer needs.What you need to succeed in the role* Bachelor's degree in computer or communication engineering or related educational background.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Technical knowledge in Cisco Routing and Switching is a differential.
* Knowledge of SQL databases is a differential.
* Team building skill, technical product knowledge, cooperative in business and direct contacts, stress resistant, able to organize own work (independence and discipline), capable of a multitasking job, fast responsive and available.
* High willingness to travel (around 70%) during the working week around Spain
