We are looking for mid-senior System Analysts with a strong technical background. Do you have a passion for using data in order to drive business actions? Are you experienced in reporting and advanced SQL techniques, analytical problem-solving, and data visualization? This is an amazing opportunity if you are keen to improve current reporting solutions and innovate by creating new and simpler ones, providing the Marketplace business with robust automated insights.
In this role, you will help identify, track, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), partner with the internal and external program teams to identify root causes of spikes or plummets in key metrics while carrying on mid-term to long-term projects to improve our services, processes, and tools, and communicate with tech, program, and product teams.
