Your tasks You're part of a team responsible for global infrastructure services, covering planning, design, installation, and administration. You ensure proper service delivery for end-to-end services including network infrastructure, storage, servers, VMs, and interfaces. You provide 2nd and 3rd Level Support within Infrastructure services and support the IT architecture. You're experienced with O365/M365 and (Azure) Cloud services. Documentation is part of the job description, following ITIL and PRINCE2 standards. Lastly, you proactively promote information exchange across departments to support internal customers and foster teamwork within the overall IT. Your profile You're a certified IT specialist with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar system environment. Therefore we value your expertise in the following areas: Operating MS Windows Server and LINUX Server. Utilizing Virtualization Technologies like VMWare and MS Hyper-V and Enterprise Storage Systems based on SAN iSCSI. Proficiency in IT Automation, Scripting (e.g., ansible), and system monitoring (e.g., CheckMK). You apply your distinct analytical and structured approach effectively. You possess excellent English skills in both speech and writing, with additional German speech skills being a bonus for your profile.
