You'll primarily be charged with the deployment and administration of endpoint systems and tools to support studio operations.
You'll work closely with our internal game studios and publishing staff in supporting new services and tackle issues as they arise.
This is an opportunity to enhance your career in a critical role supporting what is one of the largest and most successful game publishers.What You'll Take OnServe as primary IT support, coordinating with existing IT staff to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues on PC workstations, Macs, and Dell serversDay-to-day administration of Tools, Applications and Windows server environment such as AD, DNS, DHCP, related applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues (including VPN support)Build and deploy computer workstations and associate software packagesUse imaging and deployment tools such as SCCM to ensure workstations and applications are deployed in a standardized mannerDevelop and maintain procedural and user resolution documentationAbility to work calmly in high-stress situations and lead multiple ongoing projectsAssist with hardware inventories to organize, label, and provide asset tracking for various computer and A/V hardwareWhat You Bring3-5 years' work experience in desktop support and/or IT department supporting end-usersBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, MCSE certification or equivalent experienceExcellent organization, problem-solving, and communications skills written and verbalAbility to quickly adapt to new and changing technologiesFamiliarity with current game development consoles, development processes and terminology is a plusDedicated, collaborative professional with experience in a L1 support and L2 issue escalationsTechnical QualificationsExperience with complex, multi-functional project work, tracking and maintaining progress with systems such as JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.Familiarity with current game development consoles, development processes and terminology is a plusPossess a thorough understanding of the Windows and macOS operating systems, Active Directory & Office 365 in an enterprise environmentKnowledge of server and PC workstation hardware, software and security essentialsUnderstanding of video conferencing equipment and usageWhat We Offer YouGreat Company Culture.
