POSITION OBJECTIVE: The VSL sysadmin will join the Windows team, ensuring the maintenance, patching, and hardening of all the company's Windows devices, complying with the objectives set. In addition to this, it will participate in projects such as: Unsupported and Unauthorized sw. Management and resolution of VDI incidents. AWS Bundle management. SCCM management (software deployments, patches, platforming...). Process automation through scripting. Troubleshooting at the application level. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Automate the operations, measuring and reducing the manual work. Resolve tickets related to known requests following the written procedures. Resolve tickets that require full admin access to systems. Documentation of systems, incident corrections, requests. Keep SLA on ticket related requests. Maintain a positive dialog with other departments and customers for incident corrections. Servers and services hardening. Operating systems and 3rd party software patching. Improve the reliability of the IT Production Services. Must Have Requirements: +3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge and experience working with Windows Servers OS and Windows 10. Knowledge of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). Knowledge of Active Directory (GPO, Users & Computers, certificates...). Scripting: PowerShell, BAT, Python... Knowledge of SQL Server (Express, Datacenter). Strong knowledge and experience working with Windows applications. General SysAdmin knowledge. Communication skills to facilitate coordination with internal clients and external providers.
