The Role
The System Administrator will provide critical day-to-day operational support and development of the Sonnedix Core System applications including, but not limited to BluePoint Asset Management and Fluke eMaint CMMS. The role will provide end user support and data validation to ensure effective operation and the delivery of a high-quality service to the wider business. Additionally, the role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the systems infrastructure, by proactively identifying new system and process improvements.
Acting as the primary interface between application users and providers, the System Administrator will manage user access and licensing and lead the onboarding and training of new users. Your responsibilities will also include developing standardization and integration requirements, maintaining and implementing data standards, and driving process optimization to enhance application success and user adoption. Collaboration across regions and functions will be key to ensuring local needs are met and aligned with organizational goals.
Desirable skills: Education and qualifications: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Systems Administration: In-depth knowledge of system configuration, maintenance, and user access control. Data Integrity Management: Understanding of data quality standards and processes, including monitoring and improvement techniques. Detail Orientated: High level of accuracy in managing systems configurations, data integrity, and change control processes. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot, resolve issues quickly, and continuously improve system processes. Please submit your CV in English.
