As a customer service employee, your focus will be on delivering the best service possible to all clients of the Telecom provider. Questions will vary widely but mostly concern the internet and television. Common questions could be "Why is my internet not working?" or "How come my invoice turned out higher?". With your problem-solving skills, you will be able to contribute to a positive customer experience. Worried that you won't know all the answers to the questions? No need! The Telecom provider will provide you with a database that contains all the information you can possibly need. Super convenient, right?The opening hours are from Mondays until Fridays between 08:00 and 22:00, Saturdays between 09:00 and 18:00 and Sundays between 10:00 and 18:00. If you would decide to work for 32 hours per week, you can let us know what days and times you prefer. That way, you can decide your own working days and schedule. New schedules will already be published three weeks in advance. In exchange, we ask you to be available for at least two evenings per week until 22:00. Additionally, you would have to be available for two Saturdays every month.What we are looking for: Of course, you like to help people, but you are also:Able to speak Dutch fluently; Able to understand and speak English; Willing to work at least one year with us; Able to listen carefully and type quickly.What life at Transcom is like!
