Join us.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to join our team and own the overall internal contracting process that Enterprise Capabilities relies on for facilitating work, in addition to liaising with Legal on form development/management and Tax on transfer pricing reporting.
This position would ideally be located in Western Europe due to EC Center locations/time zones, but other locations may be considered based on candidate qualifications.Responsibilities:CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tool process ownership and use advocacyEnterprise Capabilities Contract Management Team oversightIntercompany contracting tracking and reportingIntercompany form management/TC; refinement/Legal interfaceApproval Matrix development and refinementTransfer Pricing management, including rate development, analysis, billing coordination, and process improvementMaster Service Agreement (MSA) development and applicationOther duties as assignedQualificationsRequirements:Transfer pricing experience will be considered positively.Intercompany/internal contracting experience related to service-based organizations will be considered positively.Attention to detail.Excellent communications skills.Leadership skills.C1 or greater CEFR score, or equivalent English proficiency.Preferred Qualifications:BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Economics, or related fields or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.Additional Information#LI-GA1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
