Are you a leader or supervisor today and ready to take your next step in a fast growing environment?We are looking for a person who wants to join our office in Fuengirola and lead our Swedish customer operations team.About the role:You will be responsible for supervising, motivating and following up the team members on a daily basis. As a team leader, you will be the contact point for many different departments and countries, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, we believe in Freska that you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operationYou will be responsible for relevant KPI ´s and budgets of your teamMotivate team membersDiscover training needs and provide coachingEvaluate performance and provide feedback to all team membersCreate an inspiring team environment with an open communication cultureListen to team member ´s feedback and resolve any issues or conflictsRecruit and onboard new team membersEnsure that the team works operationallyRequirements:Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor is a plus but not a mustExperience from customer serviceExcellent communication skillsMust speak and understand fluently Swedish and EnglishShown leadership potential and taken extra responsibility in their role todayWe offer:Collective agreement with permanent employment and 1 month probationary period.Basic salary, plus bonus.Onboarding and training to help you succeed in your role.Business activities, small and large.Leadership training programOffice location close to the beach in Fuengirola.Practical information:Location :FuengirolaType of employment : Full-timeWorking hours : 39 hours /weekSalary range : € 2000 - 2400 / month + bonusStart : MayWhat exactly is Freska?We are more than just home cleaning; we are like Wolt or Foodora but add social responsibility!
