Role Overview: As a Sales Representative fluent in Swedish, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and managing client relationships for our Google product offerings. Your fluency in Swedish will be key to connecting with Swedish-speaking clients and prospects. You will be responsible for generating new business leads, managing client accounts, and supporting our sales efforts. This role allows you to benefit from a flexible hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with regular in-office interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and target new sales opportunities for Google products, including Google Ads and Google Analytics, to expand our client base.Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with Swedish-speaking clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.Account Oversight: Manage and nurture client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction levels, addressing any issues, and delivering exceptional service.Sales Strategy: Work with the sales team to create and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns designed to meet targets and drive revenue.Market Research: Conduct research to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in Swedish-speaking regions.Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Google products and their advantages, and effectively communicate this to clients and prospects.Sales Tracking: Monitor and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and progress towards goals, providing regular updates to the sales team.Client Support: Assist clients with onboarding, product setup, and ongoing support to ensure a positive and effective experience with Google products.Team Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a smooth client experience and contribute to overall company objectives.
Requirements:
