Role Description
As a Swedish Speaking Recruiter, your daily duties will include sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings and interviews, and coordinating with the hiring managers.
You will also promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals. As this is a remote position, you have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Even though it's an entry-level position, you will have a significant role in the growth of the company. Your tasks and responsibilities will include :
Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
Screening resumes and conducting job and phone interviews
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Working closely with our clients in various industries, including aviation, finance, banking, automotive, social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-tail, travel, energy, and insurance.

Requirements
Fluency in Swedish (both verbal and written)
Valid European Union passport
Ability to work remotely
Willingness to relocate for a mandatory 4-month training in Athens (expenses will be covered by the company)
