We are currently seeking a Swedish-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist to become part of our energetic team in Barcelona.
This hybrid position allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds—working from our office two days a week and from home the other three.
You'll be instrumental in helping clients grow their businesses using a suite of Google products.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and optimize digital campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other Google tools to drive client success.
Track campaign performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare insightful reports for both internal teams and clients.
Collaborate with senior team members and creative experts to design and implement marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio of clients.
Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in Google Ads to maintain top-tier campaign performance.
Provide outstanding support to clients, answering their questions, resolving any issues, and offering tailored recommendations for improving campaign results.
Assist account managers with strategic planning, campaign execution, and detailed reporting.
Work with a variety of Swedish-speaking clients, crafting solutions that fit their specific market needs.
What We're Looking For: Native or near-native proficiency in Swedish, and solid skills in English.
A genuine interest in digital marketing with a strong desire to grow and learn, especially within the Google Ads environment.
Experience with Google Ads is a plus, but not required!
Analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to identify insights and trends from data.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Ability to balance working in a hybrid setting, spending two days in our Barcelona office and three days working remotely.
