As a member of the Sales Development team, you will be the first point of contact for hundreds of companies, proactively engaging them to build enthusiasm while identifying, as well as qualifying their business needs and suggesting adequate solutions that lead them onto the most suitable path for them. You will work towards individual goals, but will also be part of a larger sales team with a focus on growing our customer base across EMEA. You will be in a phone-based environment, where you transact with customers primarily via outbound calls.ResponsibilitiesAchieve SQO (Sales Qualified Opportunity) quota quarterly, and reach activity targets on a daily and weekly basis.Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects while educating clients on what we have to offer.Perform daily outbound phone calls and emails (often cold calling), contact C-level decision makers, build quick rapport and assess needs.Understand future customers' weak points, gather technical requirements, correlate business needs with available Cloud solutions (solution sales), and build value for the next step in the sales process.Update and maintain lead and customer data in Salesforce.com (CRM database).
