Job Summary: As a Swedish speaking Customer Support Agent at Rubiko, your key responsibility is to engage in close collaboration with your team leader, ensuring alignment within our customer support team. Your primary focus involves delivering first-level support with an emphasis on providing high-quality service. This includes addressing concerns related to online gaming, gambling, finance, technology, and any other relevant issues within the customer support department.
