We are on the lookout for an energetic and experienced Business Developer who speaks Swedish fluently to join our team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working remotely three days a week, while also engaging with our team in the Barcelona office for two days. Role Overview:
In this role, you will be central to driving business expansion and managing client relationships for our Google product suite. Your Swedish language skills will be essential for connecting with Swedish-speaking clients and prospects. You will be tasked with uncovering new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and boosting revenue growth. This position combines the benefits of a flexible remote work setup with the collaborative atmosphere of our Barcelona office.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities for Google products, such as Google Ads and Google Analytics. Create and execute strategies to attract new clients and expand our market reach.Lead Generation: Generate and cultivate leads, establishing connections with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored Google product solutions.Partnership Development: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key industry players, partners, and influencers to drive growth and strengthen our market presence.Account Oversight: Manage important client accounts, ensuring they are satisfied, addressing any issues, and providing excellent service to foster long-term relationships.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands in Swedish-speaking regions. Use this information to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.Sales Strategy: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns aimed at achieving revenue targets and promoting business growth.Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about Google products and their benefits, and effectively communicate this information to clients and prospects to aid in their decision-making.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics, monitor progress towards goals, and provide regular performance updates. Utilize data to adjust strategies and enhance results.Client Support: Help clients with product onboarding, setup, and ongoing support to ensure a seamless and positive experience with Google products.Team Interaction: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to deliver a consistent client experience and contribute to the company's overall success.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Must be fluent in Swedish, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms.Sales Experience: Relevant experience in sales is required, with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Technical Familiarity: Knowledge of Google products and digital marketing tools is beneficial.Business Development: Strong skills in identifying and leveraging growth opportunities.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, evaluate sales performance, and make informed decisions based on data.Communication Abilities: Excellent at building relationships, engaging clients, and working with team members.Customer Orientation: Focused on understanding and addressing client needs with effective solutions.Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.Adaptability: Flexible and capable of managing tasks in a dynamic, evolving work environment.
