Job Description Respond to customer enquiries via chats, calls, social media queries & emails
Provide customers with product and service information
Research required information using available resources
Identify customer needs
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Maintain an up to date customer information system
Identify and escalate priority issues
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Strong preference for candidates based in Barcelona, Spain; willing to consider candidates able to relocate to Barcelona for a contract period (1-3 years).
Minimum Requirements:
Native/Fluent (Business level) in Danish or Norwegian or Swedish (verbal and written); good command of English
Strong customer orientation (previous customer service experience is advantageous)
Available to work shifts (International Call Centre)
Office-based in Barcelona, Spain
Strong PC literacy Skills
Goal-oriented
Proactive
Sense of urgency
Positive and professional
Strong communicator (verbal and written)
Willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
Strong time management skills
Accurate and able to follow processes and procedures
