Swedish Junior Campaign Specialist - Hybrid (Barcelona, Spain) Location: Barcelona, Spain Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: €23,876 gross/year + up to €3,408 gross/year in bonus Working Model: Hybrid Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Purpose of the Role: As a Swedish Junior Campaign Specialist, you will work closely with a portfolio of new clients, assisting them in launching and developing their online advertising campaigns.
Your role involves being a trusted consultant, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions.
This target-driven role requires collaboration within a larger onboarding team while working towards individual goals.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC campaigns .
Identify and comprehend the customer's needs and marketing objectives.
Increase campaign spend through upselling and promoting sustainable advertising solutions.
Handle high volumes of potential clients daily, primarily through phone calls.
Requirements: Education: BA/BS degree (or equivalent).
A Master's in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
Skills and Experience: 1-2 years of sales and/or online advertising experience.
Strong drive to exceed performance targets in productivity, customer satisfaction , and compliance .
Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to pitch over the phone and write compelling proposals.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical abilities for evaluating campaign performance.
Client-focused, with an interest in customer interaction and ownership of business outcomes .
Able to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Swedish (C2 level) and high proficiency in English .
