Your Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to Swedish-speaking clients across multiple channels Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally Build and maintain positive relationships with customers Accurately document customer interactions to enhance service quality Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and goals Participate in continuous training and development to stay updated on products Requirements Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential Strong enthusiasm for customer service and a positive attitude Prior experience in customer service is beneficial, but not mandatory Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and handle challenges effectively Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture A desire to learn and grow within a supportive and vibrant environment!
