Purpose of role:
In this role, you will be the ambassador of the brand and will provide an excellent customer experience and satisfaction accompanying the future customer till the sale is concluded successfully having the opportunity of having a significant impact on the business. You will strive for a positive customer experience by leading competent consultations in a target driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible to conduct competent advice and sales discussions with pre-qualified customer leads.You will receive the lead from the marketing team.You will be responsible for the pre-sales processes and give a positive experience to the future client.You will carry out the sales processes and always have you main focus on the positive experience of the clientRequirementsPrevious experience in pesales, sales and customer service in a multi-channel environmentExcellent communication skills (both voice and written)Native level of SWEDISHHigh level of self motivation to contribute to achieving the company targetsCustomer centric and problem solvingAttention to detail and sales affinity and focusYou have motivation and initiative to support the team in finding creative solutions38,5h per week temporary contract, Monday to Sunday.
