This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business success and develop valuable professional skills. There won't be sales over the phone. The goal of the calls is to generate a lead and schedule a meeting between the IT manager and the customer's sales representative. You will be working with some of the most popular brands worldwide and learn the best of the best about the industry while building your network of decision makers around the world.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Call companies in the Nordics, mainly in Sweden Gather information by asking the right questions about relevant IT-related topics Use and enhance your communication skills to understand client needs and articulate how our solutions meet them Collaborate with the sales team Generate leads and contribute to a dynamic, results-oriented environment Your Qualifications You speak and write Swedish at a native level and you are fluent in English (C1).
High level of Norwegian, Danish or Finnish is a big plus. Experience in sales and/or telemarketing is an advantage.
You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. You are familiar with B2B clients.
You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and you have good interpersonal relationship building skills.
