Job Description Our client in the tech industry is looking for their new Customer Support Specialist for their offices in Malaga, Spain!
Our client is known for their good work environment and incredible low turnover, and are looking for a new addition to their team!
The Customer Support Specialist (CSS) is primarily focused on providing a highly personalized, tailored, and service-oriented experience for our client's end customers.
What's included in the role?
This role includes technology onboarding/review of products, software and hardware configuration, Internet of Things (IoT) setup, and troubleshooting, among other services.
Your tasks may include handling incoming and outgoing calls to and from customers, recognizing customers' needs or issues, and providing helpful solutions to their challenges.
You will also document and record all activities and communications with customers via phone and email in the appropriate client database.
Support can be provided through various channels, including phone, email, chat, etc.
The CSS is expected to provide our customers with an excellent Customer Experience from A to Z (full training will be provided).
Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in customer service/support is preferred.
Native level of written and spoken Finnish and Swedish.
Additional languages are a plus.
Must also understand English, as it is the internal company language.
Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically across all necessary channels.
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
Must be patient and flexible, with the ability to quickly analyze a problem, develop and implement, and teach a solution.
Tech-savvy.
Ability to stay calm when working under pressure.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score.
Productivity / calls / chat sessions per hour.
Average call abandonment rate.
