Your profileRequirements of the position: Professional experience (5+ years) in automotive, telecommunications or software development industryEngineering background (Preferable Telecommunications or Computer Science)Experience managing projects with 10+ software developers.Experience in agile methodologies (sprint based planning, CI/CD, ...)Expertise in SW development with Python and C++, Java or C# languagesFull professional proficiency in English language Good communication skills.Good organizational skillsGood understanding of the technical processes for embedded software development and testingNice to have: Experience in the field of Ethernet protocols, e.g. ARP, IPv4, IPv6, TCP / IP protocolsExperience with network technology (e.g. switches, VLANs,...) as well as with protocols.Experience with sw development over Linux and Windows based systems.Project Management certification (Prince2,...) Your missionYour tasks in the company: Lead the development of a SW product.Create and maintain resource and activity plans that align with the expected results for your assigned product. Analysis of design specifications of our customers in the automotive industry and of the technical departments of the company.
