The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to help shape and deliver one of our new products together with our data and insights platform and healthcare ecosystem.
Main tasks
Lead Sprint plannings with the development team.
Lead refinements with the development team to prepare sprint plannings.
Support Business Product Manager to process customer requests and prioritize the discovery backlog.
Socialize top priority features and enablers with the development team to elicit early feedback.
Continuously ensure that the prepared backlog maximizes value while minimizing cost.
Learn and fully understand all functionalities of the product.
Responsibilities
Contribute as part of the Product Management Team to the preparation of the features/enablers backlog.
Lead definition phase to build the delivery backlog.
Manage the requirements baseline for the product.
Skills
Experience working in agile methodologies; SAFe is a plus.
Ability to map customer needs to solution thinking mode.
Analytical skills, negotiation, experience in writing stories and/or technical requirements.
Comfortable in presenting and running demos of working software.
Background in software development is a plus.
Background in laboratory workflows, healthcare or biomedical engineering is a plus.
Fluent in English is mandatory; Spanish is highly recommended.
Tools
Experience working with Atlassian suite tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
Experience working with Design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
Experience working with Collaborative tools (MIRO).
