Job Title: Zone Event Manager Iberia
Your role: Deliver all types of events at zone level (virtual, internal, thought leadership, customer and proprietary events, tradeshows) for Business/Zone/Region needs, including evaluation/organization of extra events (out of the original plan) based on funnel generation impact and resources (flexibility). Delivering world-class customer experience on time and on budget; aligned with strategy and process (e.g., EMT: Event Management Tool). Aligning global marketing strategy with local objectives and targets. Ensure all Philips 'products/solutions' are represented based on competitive strategy and sales & corporate strategy. Collaborate & generate high-quality leads, pipeline, and correlate revenue to support growth. Ensure measurement is put in place for clear KPI measurement (qualitative and quantitative) for all types of events and reporting is shared on event results. Make use of the resources Events & CEC (Customer Experience Center) COE (Center of Excellence) offers as a shared service such as the EMT, Digital Marketing Storefront, Central Design Service, etc. Ensure that each event has a clearly defined role as a key business enabler in the customer decision journey (CDJ). Manage invoicing and payment process via Philips purchasing system. Manage all compliance and legal requirements related to the events and KOLs. Participate in the local marketing meetings using the required tools/wows in the Zone. You're the right fit if you have: Professional Education/Bachelor's Degree in business/marketing. Fluent in English and Spanish (preferably Portuguese as well) to be able to craft and refine product messaging across a variety of media types. Preferably internship experience during studies at a multi-national company. Affinity with Events Management. Project management and organization skills and ability to lead internal and external resources. Can combine strategic thinking with effective execution. Manages activities or projects of two or more sections or departments. Exercises supervision in terms of costs, methods, and staffing. Strong ability to interact and influence stakeholders. Strong acumen in agency management and collaboration. Resilience and self-awareness. Communicates effectively. Optimizes processes and delivers results. Practice in developing plans to measure and evaluate event success. Experience in managing events and processes across a complex organization. Experience communicating with multiple, diverse stakeholder groups.
