What will you do?
Ensure that your team members develop and transform themselves to lead the market by transforming the customers assigned to your team as account owners.
Maximize team efficiency by utilizing digital tools and prioritizing important tasks, updating narratives, and adopting the value proposition for the customers under their responsibility, while evolving their mindset to align with company mission and values.
Coach your team in internal meetings and accompany them on customer visits.
Have a deep knowledge of the business and customer ecosystem of your region to increase market share by covering the right customers through dynamic platforming.
Understand competitors' activities and report them to adapt plans when needed.
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by closely following customer evolution and leveraging conclusions from satisfaction surveys (NSS and CNPS).
Support your team in deciding the right pricing and commercial strategy for each deal according to the company Commercial Policy and strategy.
Ensure that your team reports 100% of their commercial activity in the company CRM.
Ensure the sales team acts as a hinge between the Sales Force and Product, Solutions & Services activities to guarantee good customer service.
