Job Description:An opportunity for a General & Site Services Manager has arisen within Airbus Operations, Cádiz. The selected candidate will join the FMRE Spain team.
Responsibilities:Support the organization of Facility Management & Real Estate Spain (HMSSx) in Cádiz to achieve operational and strategic company objectives.Provide general & site services across divisions and multiple sites to improve work areas and meet customer needs.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.Manage resources efficiently to fulfill customers' needs.Manage General Services and projects linked to cleaning, catering, transportation, waste management, and office auxiliary services.Monitor performance and improvement of services and lead projects ensuring application of EHG concepts.Ensure adherence to applicable regulations and laws.Support and manage services and projects across all Airbus sites as required.Implement activities to identify and mitigate risks.Support innovation and informatic systems updates.Ensure efficient resource and project management.Coordinate daily tasks related to "Airbus-CAE" and maintenance suppliers.Ensure HIGH5+ objectives (sustainability, water reduction, CO2, waste).Skills Required:Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.1-2 years of experience in similar roles.Experience in an internship at Airbus would be a plus.Fluent level of English and Spanish.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
