As a Sales Support Manager - Configuration and Quotation, your role will be to manage, develop, coach, and lead the Quotation Team and the Configurators Strategy in the sales support team in Spain, supporting the sales organization in finding optimal solutions to meet customers' needs.
In this role, you will create, implement, and review local sales strategies in line with the global strategy.
You will also define key targets for sales and customer support.
Your ResponsibilitiesOverseeing the creation of estimates, bids, and proposals to ensure they are in line with ABB procedures and guidelines as well as legal requirements.Ensuring that offers consider the market situation and customer conditions.Assigning resources for technical and commercial assistance, and preparing proposals to maintain excellent technical and commercial assistance for customers.Assisting the sales organizations during encounters with customers, and providing technical assistance and clarification as needed.Monitoring customers' needs and competitors' offerings through market intelligence and insight from sales teams.Guiding, motivating, coaching, and developing the skills and knowledge of the sales support team.Your BackgroundAt least 3 years of experience in Quotations management and Configurators Management, working as Offer Tendering with Low Voltage Enclosures in the market.
