About the Role:We are looking to welcome an exceptional individual to join our award-winning team.
This position will suit a highly motivated recruiter looking to move away from an agency environment or for a talent acquisition professional with current in-house experience.
You should be able to confidently manage a variety of senior stakeholders to ensure Colt continues to acquire top talent across a variety of competitive European markets.
Specifically, we are looking for an individual with experience of having recruited across a variety of functions that may include any of the following: Operations, Engineering, Security, Technology, or Product.
Having previously worked in the Telecommunications and/or Technology industry would be beneficial but not critical to be successful in this role.
Key Accountabilities:Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and local HR teams to take ownership of identifying and engaging with potential future Colt employees across France and potentially other European countries.Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to hiring managers and HR Business Partners in true partnership fashion, utilising data and market analysis to support your views.Skills and Experience Required:Demonstrable track record of high performance within an in-house talent acquisition role or an exceptional agency recruiter with aspirations of a move in-house, in order to broaden your skill set.Strong appreciation and experience of hiring professionals at varying levels within different business functions, with the ability to pivot regularly.Able to demonstrate and live to the full Colt's core values: People Matter; Find a Better Way; Win Together; We Can Change the World.Creativity to craft compelling role profiles and job adverts that will attract market-leading talent.Composed under pressure with the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and, crucially, work at pace.Results oriented with high levels of drive, commitment, and resilience along with a can-do attitude.Desire to support Colt in continuing to make successful progress with our diversity goals, including but not restricted to gender hiring, as well as to maintain the promotion internally of hiring from within in order to provide ongoing career opportunities for Colties.Native/fluent French speaker plus fluency in English as a minimum, with any additional European languages viewed as advantageous.What We Offer:Colt is a growing business that is investing in its people.
