The Digital Transformation & CIIO Office is a transversal function within the Global IT & Innovation practice.
It is responsible for enabling and accelerating the Digital Transformation Plan, which encompasses Strategy, Communication, Transversal Programs Management, Portfolio Management, Change Management, Vendor Management & Procurement, as well as Cost Control Management and Governance.
Currently, we are looking for a CIIO Office Manager.
This role involves supporting the evolution of the company's digital strategy through constant and close interaction with Ferrovial's Chief Information & Innovation Officer (CIIO).
The CIIO Office Manager will communicate key programs and impactful initiatives across the organization and orchestrate multiple executive meetings at both the Board and Executive Committee levels.
This ensures alignment with the corporate strategy and generates the necessary traction for key programs to deliver their intended time-to-value and estimated impact.
The CIIO Office Manager will build relationships across the organization and help teams connect across business areas and geographies to influence stakeholders when needed.
Responsibilities: Support the evolution of the digital strategy and its alignment with the business strategy.Support the Portfolio Management area in the definition of transversal and business unit programs and initiatives, along with their corresponding KPIs, leveraging technology and innovation to achieve targets.Challenge and enhance methodologies for evaluating strategic opportunities within technology and innovation areas.Conduct external research, analyze case studies, build and track competitor landscapes and analyses, and benchmark cross-industry best practices.Provide valuable inputs for management decisions, enhancing competitiveness and program effectiveness.Support the definition and evolution of the IT operating and governance model across business units, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
