We are looking for a high-skilled Customer Quality Engineer eager to work in a global automotive technology leader. A large automotive multinational company, based in the Electronics campus in Valls, (Tarragona, Spain).Passionate about Quality and industrial automotive engineering and interested in electronics and new technologies.We seek a responsible for our customer satisfaction, assuring quality and efficiency action plans process, and looking for continuous improvement in a high growth environment.Key Outcome:Overall Customer quality goals accomplishment.Focus on product and service satisfaction.Manage customer complaints.Analysis and coordination of potential containment activities.Effective on both problem solutions and communication according Customer requirements & Lear standards.Develop strategies and execution of customer satisfaction continuous improvement.Support customers visits and lead taskforces for critical issues.Job RequirementsUniversity degree, FPII or similar (Engineering, Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical).Quality tools knowledge (8D, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, FMEA, Ishikawa diagram).Written and spoken fluent English. Other languages will be evaluated.Excellent communication skills.Proactive and self-motivated.
