We are looking for a Sustainable Sourcing Manager to lead and drive our Sustainable Sourcing and Scope 3 Strategy within the Global Sourcing Organization. This role is key in aligning our sourcing practices with Arxada's sustainability goals, ensuring compliance, and meeting our ambitious targets.
Qualifications & Experience: Lead and drive the entire Sustainable Sourcing and Scope 3 Strategy within the Global Sourcing Organization and across all sourcing disciplines. Assume accountability for Sustainability Compliance and Targets with Global Sourcing in alignment and in support of the Arxada sustainability strategy. Work closely with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to develop effective strategies that enable step change improvements in Sustainability. Act as an internal ambassador raising the teams' awareness of the importance of the company's CSR policies and its challenges, encouraging positive steps in-house and with suppliers, promoting socially and ecologically responsible public procurement. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (e.g. EcoVadis, Science Industry etc.) to ensure state of the art sustainability strategies and processes within Arxada Global Sourcing. Be the interface to technical functions (operations, process optimization, legal and compliance) and external partners regarding Sustainable Sourcing. Develop and implement Sustainability strategy and coordinate the implementation of Sustainability related optimization projects in alignment with the Global Arxada program. Identify and engage with internal stakeholders, especially but not limited to Business Unit and Sustainability Team. Implement strategies that manage Sustainability along the entire sourcing process including Supplier Selection and Development. Set appropriate KPIs and assume accountability to achieve long-term corporate sustainability targets. Lead the global Scope 3 accounting and strategy in alignment with the GHG protocol and SBTi requirement. Analyze and interpret Sustainability related business and stakeholder requirements with the aim to improve Sustainability within Arxada. Requirements: Strong and effective communication.
