Are you ready for your next ride?YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:As a Sustainability Reporting Manager within our highly visible strategy team, you will work closely with our Sustainability Strategy Manager, contributing at the intersection of business strategy, sustainability, and corporate development. You will play a central role in implementing and managing our sustainability reporting framework, ensuring compliance with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), the EU Taxonomy, and related regulations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating cross-functional sustainability data collection, engaging with both internal stakeholders and external auditors, and overseeing the creation of annual regulatory-compliant sustainability reports.In addition to reporting, this role involves project management responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of ongoing initiatives and proactively identifying and escalating potential challenges. Flexibility and strong teamwork skills are essential, as the role may also encompass additional responsibilities within the strategy team to address evolving business needs. These tasks may include strategic planning, shareholder relations, corporate reporting, supporting senior management, and assisting other company departments on cross-functional projects.TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.G., Sustainability, Accounting, Finance, Business) with 1–3 years of experience in sustainability, finance, accounting or controlling / risk management rolesExperience in sustainability, non-financial, or ESG reporting, with a solid understanding of European sustainability frameworks and standards, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the EU Taxonomy.High degree of familiarity with the processes, systems, and controls involved in sustainability reporting.Strong data analytical and financial modelling skills, with proficiency in Excel and experience in working with both qualitative and quantitative financial and non-financial data.Strong communication skills for engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels, along with advanced proficiency in creating presentations and corporate reports.Proficiency in English is essential (German skills are a plus).Comfortable in a hands-on role, demonstrating a proactive approach to navigating uncertainty, working independently, and collaborating effectively within a team
