If you're up for challenging the status quo, join our team of pioneers and make your mark on the future with us.YOUR ROLEDesign and create regional sustainability Roadmaps for all Production sites to meet Henkel Strategy in Adhesive Operations Europe.Manage constant improvement within sustainability for Operations and Supply Chain Europe.Execute regional sustainability roadmap.Ensure best practice sharing and knowledge transfer between regional production sites or even within global networks and within Engineering Network.Ensure state of the art knowledge in Sustainability across Engineering Adhesive Europe.Develop processes to reduce waste, energy and water and other resources to help meet Henkel's 2030 sustainability ambition.Execute Sustainability investment projects.YOUR SKILLSUniversity degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or adequate required.Proven track record in creation of sustainability roadmaps for chemical production sites.Proven track record in execution of sustainability investments.Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. Ability to communicate within all levels of the organization.Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Strong technical and data analysis skills required. Demonstrates leadership, problem solving and conflict management skills (horizontal & vertical).Good organizer, coordinator and team builder.A demonstrated ability to learn new chemistries and processes.Must be able to embrace & drive change.Henkel is an equal opportunity employer.
