What is the role About?
Certifications (LEED/BREEAM/WELL) in design and construction phase.
Carbon footprint studies, life cycle analysis (LCA).
Creation of strategic plans on Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility.
Advice for the preparation of corporate responsibility reports in accordance with the most demanding international standards.
Development of Life Cycle Analysis, and advice for decarbonization or carbon neutral objectives.
Expertise in Climate Change, energy efficiency, and environmental impact.
Development experience in ESG assessments, health and safety, audits, environmental management systems.
Knowledge of standards for quantifying carbon impact (e.g., ISO 14064, GHG Protocol, PAS2050 and/or its variants).
Experience with large engineering and construction companies, industrial, pharmaceutical, renewable energy, retail, etc.
Life Cycle Analysis.
Energy simulations and energy consulting.
