This position will report to the Sustainability Industrial Manager and will be based in Getafe (Madrid). Your role will be:Manage AGEC Law Traceability platform and partner.Co-ordinate with procurement data collection.Review the information provided by suppliers.Implementing solution to collect sustainability information, evidences and certificates related to responsible materials, manufacturing, and product traceability compliance.Authenticate certified materials based on transaction certificates and track documentation.Leading supply chain transparency mapping projects of strategic materials (leather, cotton and wool).Identify emerging traceability legislation and innovative opportunities & best practices in traceability.Collaborate with purchasing teams to ensure raw materials and packaging meet our sustainability standards.Develop and refine internal procedures, training, and supplier communications.Engage with LOEWE vendors and suppliers to ensure they possess the appropriate knowledge on LOEWE policies, standards and procedures.Engage with suppliers at various stages of the supply chain to map material flows.What is important for the role:Minimum of 5 years in the traceability and sustainability field, ideally in luxury goods, fashion or retail.Proficiency in supply chain, material origins, traceability laws, certification standards and traceability (such as GRS, GOTS, CCS, OCS, FSC, PEFC, etc.).Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and Power-point.
