What this job involves: Work with the Valuation Advisory team in Spain to generate and execute Valuation Reports.
Contribute to financial modelling, using valuation tools such as Argus Enterprise and Excel worksheets, and prepare thorough valuation reports for clients.
Discuss valuations with clients in Spanish and English; other languages are an asset.
Availability to work on cross-border international projects when required.
Maintain relationships with other Business Lines to identify cross-selling opportunities.
Participate in any national or international project that is required; availability to travel is required.
Assist in all internal meetings that are required.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's resources and capabilities across EMEA and globally.
Maintain a strong general understanding of how different sectors are performing (Offices, Retail, Industrial, Living, Alternatives).
Desired skills and experience for this job are: Experience: 2-4 years within a Real Estate company in the Valuation, Consulting, Investment or Asset Management fields.
Business background: Master of Science in Finance, Business Administration or Engineering.
Excellent knowledge of the Office package: Power Point, Word, and Excel.
As our clients are international, an advanced level of English is required, both written and spoken.
Experience working within a challenging and international environment, able to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Strong commitment to results and driven by a client-oriented approach.
