MAJOR FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES: To contribute to the management of procurement procedures, including:Procurement Strategy developmentPreparation and publication of procurement documentsNegotiation coordination with tenderersTender evaluationAward and contract signatureTo provide support to the procurement officer when consulting the market or identification of requirements for the procurement proceduresTo prepare the necessary logistics for procurement and commercial meetings, including maintenance of agendas, actions, logistics etc.To support document and data management activities in commercial tools procurement procedures (mainly executed by external support resources).To update and contribute to the preparation of internal documentation such as templates, processes etc.To keep track of exchanges with suppliers in procurement procedures and contract implementationTo follow-up and monitor exchanges and documentation preparation at contract implementation level (amendments, options etc.)To prepare, submit and receive the commercial documentation related to contract implementationTo support in the necessary publication of the notices, and document management of both faces of the contract: procurement and contract implementationTo report, coordinate and update regularly on needed actions to PO and CMP HoU and GLRequisitos Educational level:
University studies of at least three years attested by a diploma or where justified in the interest of the service, professional training or professional experience of an equivalent level.
Professional experience:
Job-related proven experience of minimum 3 years following the education requirements.
Computer literacy:
Good knowledge and experience of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
Language skills:
English as B2 or equivalent (according to the Common European Framework of References of Languages). English is the working language of the Joint Undertaking.
Personal skills:
Ability to build and maintain good working relationships as part of a team;
Good communication skills;
Self-motivated and able to perform duties autonomously with speed and accuracy, according to set budgets and schedules;
Quantitative and analytical skills;
Drafting skills (e.g. procurement documents, evaluation report, negotiation mandate);
Ability to work well under pressure.
