We are one of Europe's leading suppliers of clinical laboratory testing and medical diagnostic imaging services to private and public healthcare providers, local governments, insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies and the general public.We operate laboratory and medical diagnostic imaging facilities in 14 countries: Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Norway, Peru, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, and the United Kingdom.Our network of facilities provides us with one of the broadest geographic footprints of any clinical laboratory and medical diagnostic services provider in Europe.As the Support Team Process Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined processes.You will also be responsible for training and developing support team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and tools to deliver exceptional support to our customers.Responsabilities: For change and upgrade functional processes and support releases:  Provides module based expertise to review business requirements, define application solutions and provide challenge to ensure standardisation (adopt not adapt).   Review/complete Functional Design Document, configuration, unit test, support data design and reconciliation for support releases   Provide support to process teams and users during SIT and UAT as needed during country deployments.  Requirements Expertise in relevant modules of D365  Strong business analysis skills in relevant business area  Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives and optimizing support functions Good communication skills to work with business users   Fluency in English is mandatory
