For one of our clients – one of the leading companies in the customer experience management field. We are on the lookout for skilled, tech-savvy and communicative people for the role ofSupport Superhero with Turkish and English (Work from Sofia/Bulgaria). Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails to resolve customer service issues;
Follow procedures to escalate inquiries when needed;
Inform customers about products and services;
Use multiple systems to update records accurately;
Support and collaborate with the team
Requirements:
?Fluent in Turkish (C1) and good English (B2) Contact center or customer service experience is a plus
Quick to adapt to new products, processes, and tech
?Reliable with good attendance and time management
Computer literate.
