Support of Automation Solutions
Support Sales requests and 3rd Level support (customer incidents) o
Support of testing (test case creation, test conduction) and releasing new versions
Error Analysis Support Diagnosis content creation and development of new functionalities (Requirements Engineering)
Documentation
Yourprofile : You have successfully completed an apprenticeship with additional qualification as a mechanical or electrical engineer
You can demonstrate experience with diagnostic applications of electronic control systems
Knowledge in the area of industrial trucks as well as first experience in the operation of authoring systems and content management systems are desirable

Your analytical and process-oriented way of working completes your profile
You have a good command of written and spoken English. Any additional language is an advantage such as German, French and / or Chinese (Mandarin)
