2nd / 3rd Level Support of Truck Diagnosis related requests (via Ticketsystem of Central Service CSH) for all KION brands in cooperation with the local Diagnosis departments
2nd / 3rd Level Support of Digital Truck Services related issues in the field
incl. Over-the-Air)
oSupporting Service department
3rd Level Support of issues with the Cloud Diagnosis components
Digital Truck Services
oUse inhouse tool set to support processes at Service Technicians or
Over-the-Air
oIdentification and Definition of further need for inhouse tools to support the cloud processes
Supportfor Remote Diagnosis issues
Support of Automation Solutions
Support Sales requests and 3rd Level support (customer incidents) o
Support of testing (test case creation, test conduction) and releasing new versions
Error Analysis
Support Diagnosis content creation and development of new functionalities (Requirements Engineering)
Documentation
Yourprofile :
You have successfully completed an apprenticeship with additional qualification as a mechanical or electrical engineer
You can demonstrate experience with diagnostic applications of electronic control systems
Knowledge in the area of industrial trucks as well as first experience in the operation of authoring systems and content management systems are desirable
Youhavebasicprogrammingskills
Your analytical and process-oriented way of working completes your profile
You have a good command of written and spoken English. Any additional language is an advantage such as German, French and / or Chinese (Mandarin)
