Support SAP TMS Consultant
As Support SAP TMS Consultant you will participate in an international project with one of the largest Hospitality companies, defining new processes, providing support to users, and solving incidents at different functional areas (PMS, CRS, POS, FI…)
The opportunity
As a member of our team in GDS office in Malaga, Spain, you'll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You'll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.
Your key responsibilities
As Support SAP TMS Consultant, you will work as part of the support team, solving problems in different functional areas, identifying improvements, and guaranteeing the quality of the service for our customers.
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role, you must have:
Knowledge of SAP TMS at user level
Fast learner approach. Good listener that applies learnt concepts quickly.
Good communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Ideally, you'll also have:
Knowledge in Hospitality
Experience on ticketing tools such as SDP, JIRA is a plus.
Experience in support services.
